60-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
XosialX (“the Company”) offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on all products and product packages. This guarantee covers the purchase price, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes. Please note that marketing materials are not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund
To receive a refund, please email support@xosialx.com and include the following details:

This 60-day empty-bottle guarantee applies once per product, per order, per customer or associate.
Processing Time
Once your email is received, please allow up to 30 days for your refund request to be processed.
After funds are released electronically, a credit should appear on your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
If an electronic refund cannot be completed, the Company will attempt to reach you three times (once per week) by phone or email to arrange a refund by check. If there is no response after three attempts, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to contact the Company to complete the refund by check.
Returned Orders and Shipping Issues
Orders returned due to “Incorrect Address” or “Failed Delivery Attempts” may be re-shipped upon customer request. Additional shipping and handling fees will apply.
Refund requests made more than 60 days after the shipment date will not be approved. In such cases, the customer will be notified via email, and the product will be held for 21 days. You may request the item to be reshipped (additional shipping fees apply). After 21 days without response, the product will be disposed of without further notice.
If an order is returned to the Company without written instructions, the customer will be contacted by email or phone. The product will be held for up to 90 days, after which it will be destroyed, and the refund forfeited if no response is received.
Refund and Return Policy
Any refund policy or money-back guarantee offered by XosialX (“the Company”) applies only to the original purchaser of the product. Refunds or guarantees cannot be extended to individuals who purchased products through third parties, resale platforms, or Independent Associates.
Please note that some Independent Associates or third parties may make unofficial claims or offers regarding product guarantees. These are not authorized or endorsed by the Company, and XosialX cannot honor them.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is missing any items, please contact Customer Support within 15 business days of the shipment date.

Product Exchanges
At this time, XosialX does not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to change a product, please follow the refund process for your original purchase, then use the refunded amount to place a new order for your preferred item.
Monthly Product Subscriptions (SmartShip Program)
By enrolling in the Month-to-Month XosialX SmartShip Program, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription includes an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current rate. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation including any charges processed after the expiration of your payment card, where applicable.
Automatic Monthly Renewal Terms
Your SmartShip subscription will automatically renew each month. Your chosen payment method will be charged the current subscription rate for each renewal period until you cancel your subscription.

You may cancel your XosialX SmartShip subscription at any time.
